Individual candidate fees

Indicative fees updated in 2026. The exact fee displayed during online registration is the one that prevails.

What is included in the price

• Sitting the 4 tests (listening comprehension, reading comprehension, written production, oral production)
• Official marking by examiner-markers accredited by France Éducation International
• Sending of the exam summons by e-mail
• Publication of the results within 4 to 6 weeks
• Issuing and delivery of the official diploma by France Éducation International (valid for life)
• Personalised invoice downloadable from the candidate or school area

Accepted payment methods

• Online bank card (Stripe) — secure payment, registration confirmed immediately
• Bank transfer — on request, for companies and associations (bank details sent by e-mail)
• School / association funding — group registrations, invoicing by quote

Schools, associations and partner centres

Language schools, FLE and literacy associations, apprentice training centres (CFA), local employment missions and community centres that register their learners as a group benefit from a dedicated area — at the same price as individual candidates (see the table above).

The dedicated school area lets you:

• Create a partner account once
• Register each candidate from a single dashboard
• Track payments and retrieve invoices
• Receive centralised summonses and certificates

Cancellation and refund policy

Up to 48 hours before the collective exam, the amount paid is refunded, less 3 € in transaction fees.

No refund is issued:

• in the event of an unjustified absence on the day of the exam;
• in the event of failure in the exam;
• in the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the collective exam.

In the event of absence on health grounds, a medical certificate sent within 7 days of the scheduled date allows the registration to be postponed to the next session — see our terms of use for details.

VAT

Our exam services are invoiced free of VAT under article 261-4-4° a of the French General Tax Code (CGI) (training organisation). The invoice downloadable from your area mentions this.
