These Terms of Use, Sale, and Privacy Policy (hereinafter “TUSP”) are intended to define:

• the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Site,
• the conditions of registration and online payment for exams offered by partner centers,
• the rules relating to the collection and processing of users’ personal data.

By accessing or registering on the Site, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these TUSP.

3. Role of Godelf and Liability

• Godelf is a platform provided by Centre Zenith to facilitate the connection between users and partner examination centers.
• Godelf does not organize the exams itself and is not a party to the contract concluded between the user and the examination center.
• Examination centers remain solely responsible for the organization, content, conditions, and conduct of the exams.
• Godelf’s liability is limited to providing the technical service of connection, registration, and secure payment via the platform.

4. Registration and Payment

• The user selects an exam on the Site and provides the personal information required for registration.
• Payment is made online via Stripe, a certified payment service provider. Funds are transferred directly to the relevant examination center.
• Godelf does not collect or retain payments.
• The invoice is issued by the examination center.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation and refund conditions depend on each partner examination center.
• Any request must be addressed directly to the relevant center.
• Godelf is not able to issue refunds, as the Site is not a party to the sales contract.

6. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• provide accurate and complete information when registering,
• comply with the rules specific to the chosen examination center,
• use the Site in compliance with the law and with these TUSP.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

7.1 Data Collected

In connection with the use of the Site, the following data may be collected:

• identification data (name, first name, date of birth, email address, phone number),
• exam-related data (exam type selected, chosen center),
• connection data (IP address, logs, browser),
• payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe – Godelf/Centre Zenith does not have access to full card details).

7.2 Purposes of Processing

The data is used for:

• managing exam registrations,
• transmitting the necessary information to examination centers,
• secure payment processing,
• sending confirmations and communications related to registration,
• improving the Site’s functionality.

7.3 Data Sharing

Data may be transmitted to:

• partner examination centers,
• Stripe (secure payment),
• competent authorities when required by law.

7.4 Data Retention Period

• Registration data: 5 years from the last use of the Site.
• Billing data: up to 10 years (legal obligations).
• Payment data: stored exclusively by Stripe.

7.5 User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, each user has the right to:

• access, rectify, and delete their data,
• restrict or object to processing,
• data portability,
• file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL – www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

The Site uses cookies to enhance the user experience (preferences, traffic analysis).

9. Intellectual Property

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Site Availability

Godelf/Centre Zenith strives to ensure the availability of the Site.
However, technical interruptions may occur (maintenance, updates, incidents).
No guarantee of continuous availability is provided.

11. Modification of the TUSP

Godelf/Centre Zenith reserves the right to modify these TUSP at any time.
The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of use.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These TUSP are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute:

• If the user acts as a consumer, they may refer the matter either to the court of their domicile or to the court nearest to Centre Zenith’s registered office (Tribunal of Nanterre), in accordance with Article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code.
• If the user acts as a professional, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Nanterre.
