General Terms and Conditions – Centre Zenith
1. Participation in Examinations
-
Final and Binding Registration: Any registration for an examination session is irrevocable.
-
Access to the Examination Room: On the day of the test, candidates must present:
-
a valid form of identification,
-
a black or blue pen.
-
-
Late Arrivals: Candidates arriving late will not be admitted to the examination room.
-
Absence:
-
unjustified absence does not entitle the candidate to any refund,
-
justified absence, supported by a medical certificate (sent within a maximum of one week after the scheduled date of the examination), may allow for rescheduling to the next available session.
-
2. Internal Rules and Discipline
-
Conduct: Candidates must comply with the invigilators’ instructions. Any disruptive behaviour may result in immediate exclusion.
-
Cheating: Any attempt at cheating or fraud (communication between candidates, use of unauthorized documents, electronic devices, etc.) is reported to France Éducation international, which decides what follows.
3. Liability of the Centre
-
The Centre cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within its premises.
4. Communication of Results
Time taken to release results: results are usually available within four to six weeks of the examinations. This may be exceeded in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, in particular where a suspicion of fraud is reported: the disciplinary committee of France Éducation international must then rule, and the results for the whole session are held until it decides.
-
Results are communicated by email. The certificate of achievement can then be downloaded from godelf.com/candidat as soon as it is available.
Diploma: the official diploma is issued by France Éducation international and reaches the centre about four to six weeks after the results are published. The candidate is notified by email as soon as it can be collected at the centre, on presentation of identification. It may also be sent by tracked post, at the candidate’s request and expense, at the rate shown in their candidate area at the time of the request.
-
The Centre cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, external providers, or France Éducation international.
